The Victorian Property Sales Report covers median sale prices by suburb for houses, units and vacant land over a period of 15 months. Data for each property type is sold separately as a PDF online for $10. The December 2007 edition is now on sale and lists median property sales prices for the June, September and December quarters of 2006 and the March and June quarters of 2007.
